Zhen-min Sun

Zhenmin Sun is a Ph.D. candidate at Tsinghua University (Beijing) and a visiting researcher at the research department Global Governance, focusing on the role of China in global governance as well as the global governance of international standards. His dissertation, “Explaining Rules of Rules: The Institutional Diversity in the Global Governance of International Standards,” explores the varying distribution of authorities among state and non-state members within global governance institutions such as ISO, IEC, ITU, etc.
